Description
The Calvados Pays d’Auge “30 year old” is an exceptional product. A real journey in the world of very great “ageless” Calvados. It is 41° alcohol. The “30 year old” is one of the great secrets of the Château du Breuil company.
It reflects the savoir-faire of several generations of passionate cellar masters.
Each bottle is numbered and signed by our Cellar Master, Philippe Etignard.
COLOUR - Beautifully intense mahogany
BOUQUET - At first it evokes cinnamon, candied fruit, oak wood. It then evolves into notes of beeswax, tarte tatin and presents notes of cedar, orange peel and brown tobacco.
PALATE - The palate, round and ample, is exceptionally long, the aromas of tatin are underlined by notes of roasting (coffee, dark chocolate), caramel, dried almond and liquorice.
