Nestling deep in the lush fertile county of the Pay d'Auge les Vergers de la Moriniere is the idyllic location from which Michel Hubert produces some of the very best farm produced alvados. Michel Hubert controls every aspect of the production his calvados and this knowledge and expertise passed down through five generations has culminated in a product admired for its quality throughout alvados producing community. Michel says that a few pears from the 200 year old tree next to the cellar in his cider helps ensure its quality.
