PRODUCTION PROCESS: Selected herbs are dried and macerated in an hydroalcoholic solution. Pressing then occurs where infusions are extracted and enriched with essential oils. These infusions are blended to obtain an extract, checked in the laboratory and the liquid is left to age for 3/5 months. A water-alcohol solution is obtained by mixing pure alcohol, water, infusions, caramel and more water in a tank. The liqueur is then filtered and bottled automatically.
