Top producer, located in the Loire Valley, France. This is like their 1er Cru vineyard and is worth paying the extra money but still great value compared to Central Loire (Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé).
In the glass, the cuvée “1670” is a beautiful golden yellow. On the nose, aromas of roasted almonds paired with mineral nuances that can be traced back to the terroir. Notes of peach, brioche and exotic fruits develop on the palate.
