Born in Turin, Italy, Daniele’s passion for Italian wines, especially those made from the exquisite Barbaresco grape, runs deep. His extensive experience in some of Europe’s top hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, combined with Level 2 and 3 WSET qualifications and his semi-finalist achievement in Champagne Ruinart’s Best Sommelier UK in 2006, showcases his expert palate. Since arriving in Jersey in 2004, Daniele’s refined taste, elegance, and genuine passion for exceptional wines and first-class customer service create unforgettable experiences. His professionalism and high level of etiquette make him a true embodiment of excellence, elevating every moment at Dunell’s with charm, class, an eye for the smallest detail and expert knowledge.

Studying football coaching for kids.

There are too many to mention but Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir & Sangiovese are always at the top of my list.
