With a rich background in restaurant management and chef training from Leith’s School of Food and Wine, Maddie combines her culinary skills with her deep passion for wine to provide exceptional service. She expertly oversees our Beaumont shop, ensuring every customer feels valued, and her attention to detail shines through in managing our wedding and large event clients. Recently earning her prestigious WSET Level 4 Diploma, Maddie’s extensive knowledge, warmth, and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to Dunell’s. Discovering new favourite wines and working with a great team of people.
What is your most diverse achievement?
I used to be a ski instructor in Canada.
