Having managed award-winning restaurants and spent the last nine years immersed in the wine industry, including five years as the South West account manager for Berkmann Wine Cellars—one of the UK’s top wine merchants—Paul brings a wealth of knowledge working with premium outlets, Michelin-starred restaurants, and bespoke wine portfolios. His firsthand experience on both sides of the bar gives him a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Jersey-born and back for good in Jersey with his wife and daughter, Paul’s love for wine is matched by his enthusiasm for golf and rugby.
