This exceptional decaf is processed using the natural sugar cane (EA) method, which effectively removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's full-bodied character. Made from Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, this coffee showcases the unique qualities of its origin. Harvested at an elevation of 1850 MASL, the beans are roasted on-site using a low-emission roaster at Veranda in Gorey.
