“Our Dragon Sauce is an artisan chilli dipping sauce made locally in small batches. Handcrafted with local honey, black garlic and cask-aged sherry vinegar, it has a distinctive sweet and smoky flavour. Try it with fried chicken, wings, roasted pork-belly rolls, chicken livers, chilli dogs, chilli con carne, tempura prawns - pretty much anything."
