Description

A delicious terrine that combines sea and land with this successful duo of duck and crayfish. The Armagnac note will delight your guests.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork fat, duck meat 20%, chicken liver, crayfish tails 5%, egg white, white wine (sulphites), modified corn starch, tomato paste, salt, Armagnac, gelatin, crayfish flavours (shellfish, fish, lactose, wheat), aromatic plants, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Directions for use: Place your terrine in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving it. Delicious as an aperitif toast, or as a starter accompanied by country bread. Serve as fresh. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
