La Narval’s Galician scallops are preserved in olive oil with garlic and chilli. They are volandeiras, or queen scallops. These small bivalves are known for their firm texture and mild, sweet flavour.

Tinned scallops are a delicious addition to your pantry. You can enjoy them straight from the tin or gently warmed. Serve with crusty bread to mop up the infused oil. You can pair them with a glass of cava or white wine.

Garlic and chilli add heat and savoury depth to the olive oil. The Mediterranean flavours bring out the natural sweetness of the scallops. They have a tender, succulent texture - ideal for salads and ‘seacuterie’ boards.
