The Cobra Decanter is a stunning evolution of RIEDEL’s iconic Eve Decanter, crafted on a grander scale to accommodate magnum-sized bottles (1.5 liters). Each Cobra decanter is free blown by a master glass blower, and is a unique and functional work of art. Its striking serpentine design double-decants wine as it flows through the curves, delivering powerful aeration essential for both young and aged wines. With its captivating optic impact and elegant form, the Cobra is as much a visual statement as it is a functional masterpiece.
This limited edition piece features a multi-shade stripe through the design, achieved by introducing rods of light blue, blue and black crystal into the molten glass before the decanter has been formed. Additionally, it features the signature of Maximilian J. Riedel on the base.
This decanter is designed to hold a magnum bottle of wine.

Our master glassmakers individually craft each item so every piece has a unique character. Due to the nature of crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of each product, tiny bubbles, imperfections, or slight surface variations are an acceptable part of the process.
