Account
Your loyalty account will be available to use at any time in any of our stores. It can also be used on our website if you register with the same email address.
Inactivity
If you do not use your account for a period exceeding 6 months your account will be closed and your information removed from our in-store database.
Payment
At time of purchase or prior to delivery.
Prices
Prices are quoted inclusive of GST. Whilst we always endeavour to give as much notice as possible prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Discount
10% discount off all wines & spirits unless otherwise stated. Discount is not applicable against any product already on promotion or listed as ‘NO DISCOUNT’
Breakages
Goods should be examined at the time of receipt and we must be notified within 24 hours. Damaged goods (including packaging) should be kept for inspection.
Returns
Goods will only be credited if returned within 7 days of purchase and if it can be proven that the wine has been stored in satisfactory conditions since receipt.
Risk & Title
Goods shall remain the property of the Dunell’s Ltd. until they have been paid for in full and all other sums including any balances existing settled in full. Although the goods remain the seller’s property until paid for, the risk in such goods shall pass to the buyer upon receipt.
