We’ll help you choose the right glasses for your wines, so you can serve in style and enjoy the moment.
All our Riedel Loan Glassware is supplied to you in our heavy-duty plastic racks. These racks are designed for each different size of glass.
The glasses will come in the following configurations...
Riedel Water/spirit tumbler (57cl) = Tray of 20 glasses
Riedel White Wine Glass (34cl) = Tray of 30 glasses
Riedel Red Wine Glass (56cl) = Tray of 25 glasses
Riedel Champagne Flutes (21cl) = Tray of 30 flutes
For cleaning purposes, these racks can fit into the lower tier of standard-sized dishwashers. The Riedel glasses are all dishwasher safe.
We offer our loan service free of charge to all customers but only if purchasing the drinks from us for the event. We ask that you return all loaned glasses in a perfectly clean condition in our plastic racks, otherwise they will be subject to a cleaning charge of £1.50 per glass and all breakages are charged at £7.00 per glass. We also ask that they are returned to the shop or we are happy to collect them from you for a £20.00 charge.

What’s the catch?
No catch! The Riedel glass loan service is free when you place a qualifying wine order with us. Just ask our team for the current minimum order value.
Can I return the glasses unwashed?
Afraid not! Glasses must be returned clean and in their original condition. We will charge a per-glass cleaning charge for any unclean glasses.
How many glasses can I borrow?
It depends on your event and wine order. Just let us know what you’re planning, and we’ll do our best to match your needs.
What types of glasses are available?
We offer a selection of premium Riedel glasses, including red, white, water/beer/spirit and sparkling wine options. We’ll help you choose the best match for your drinks selection.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons. Availability can go quickly!
What happens if something breaks?
Accidents happen! We’ll just ask for the replacement cost of any damaged or missing glasses. No judgement, we promise.
