Highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurized to ensure a perfect preservation. The Giffard syrups have been specially created for professional bartenders in the cocktail & bar industry. They can be used in cocktails and in many non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes or granitas).

Aroma - Powerful, gourmet aromas of red fruits (currants, blackberries, strawberries) and vanilla pod which brings sweetness.
Taste - Explosion of red fruits with a hint of acidity (raspberries, blackcurrants). The roundness of vanilla adds a delicate, softer note.
Dilute with water or sparkling water. Use in cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, fizzy drinks, smoothies.
