Their ‘Cuvée Origine’ is a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay with a long aging on lees (4 years) and dosage of 8g/l. This is complex and already well developed Champagne, while keeping its freshness and balance. It is pretty and creamy on the palate, with small, persistent bubbles and a full, rounded, long finish packed with autolytic notes and ripe apples.

Champagne Olivier Père et Fils is a distinguished family-owned winery situated on the right bank of the River Marne, just downstream from Épernay. With a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1910, the estate is currently managed by the fourth generation of the Olivier family, brothers Bertrand and Julien. They cultivate an 11-hectare domaine, with vineyards located on the steep, free-draining, south-facing slopes of the commune of Trélou-sur-Marne.
The Olivier family is dedicated to producing high-quality, artisanal Champagnes, emphasizing crisp, fresh wines with low dosage that showcase complexity and character. This is achieved through extended ageing on the lees prior to disgorgement, which enhances the depth and finesse of their offerings.
