ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Champagne Olivier Père et Fils is a distinguished family-owned winery situated on the right bank of the River Marne, just downstream from Épernay. With a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1910, the estate is currently managed by the fourth generation of the Olivier family, brothers Bertrand and Julien. They cultivate an 11-hectare domaine, with vineyards located on the steep, free-draining, south-facing slopes of the commune of Trélou-sur-Marne.
The Olivier family is dedicated to producing high-quality, artisanal Champagnes, emphasizing crisp, fresh wines with low dosage that showcase complexity and character. This is achieved through extended ageing on the lees prior to disgorgement, which enhances the depth and finesse of their offerings.
The winery focuses on a blend of grape varieties, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, allowing them to craft a range of exquisite cuvées that reflect the unique terroir of the Champagne region. Champagne Olivier Père et Fils has garnered recognition among wine enthusiasts and collectors, representing a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, while providing an authentic expression of the celebrated region’s winemaking heritage.
