ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Louis Roederer & Philippe Starck Brut Nature Rosé 2015 is an exceptional wine that showcases the artistry and innovation of both the legendary Champagne house and the renowned designer. This unique cuvée stands out for its meticulous production methods, aimed at capturing the quintessential essence of Pinot Noir.
The Wine Advocate awarded this vintage a remarkable 94 points, highlighting the careful selection of the ripest Pinot Noir grapes from Roederer's vineyard in lieu-dit Les Chèvres. The grapes were macerated at low temperatures for four to five days before a portion—about 20%—was blended into the base wine that produces the regular Brut Nature. The result is a wine that delivers a rich and enticing aroma profile, featuring notes of ripe peach, clear honey, freshly baked bread, and almond paste. It is medium to full-bodied with a fleshy, vinous structure, balanced by racy acidity and culminating in a long, chalky finish. The 2015 vintage is noted for its additional flesh and texture, enhancing the overall experience.
Decanter also rated this wine 94 points, describing it as a racy vintage rosé that showcases impeccable balance. Tasting notes reveal a vibrant wild strawberry sherbet burst upfront, transitioning to a creamy, textured palate of peach skin and red apple, all concluding with a touch of salinity that adds intrigue to the finish. The combination of flavors and textures makes it a true delight.
Wine Enthusiast awarded a score of 92 points, noting that with maturity, this bone-dry rosé has gracefully softened, revealing a delicious freshness alongside a hint of toast. Now is the perfect moment to enjoy this remarkable wine.
Overall, Louis Roederer & Philippe Starck Brut Nature Rosé 2015 is not only a reflection of the exceptional quality associated with the Roederer name but also a product of thoughtful craftsmanship. It is ideal for celebrating special occasions or enjoying leisurely moments, offering a sophisticated and memorable tasting experience.

Drink Date 2022 - 2035
"To produce the 2015 Brut Nature Rosé, Lécaillon and his team picked the ripest Pinot Noir in Roederer's holdings in lieu-dit Les Chèvres a week before the rest of their fruit there, macerating it at low temperature for four to five days before adding some 20% of this Pinot Noir to the same base that produces the regular Brut Nature. Delivering aromas of peach, clear honey, freshly baked bread and almond paste, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a rich, vinous profile, racy acids and a long, chalky finish. This has always been a structured wine, but in 2015, that structure is cloaked in more flesh and texture."

This racy vintage rosé from two premier cru vineyards shows impeccable balance. A wild strawberry sherbet bite up front gives way to a creamy, textured palate of peach skin and red apple, finishing with a real slick of salinity.
