Description

One of the main protagonists in the renaissance of Southern Italian wines, Feudi di San Gregorio had carved out a reputation for making truly world-class wines.The vineyards are spread out over lush and gentle hills in Sorbo Serpico, on high altitude approximately an hour from Naples.

This is a brilliant collaboration of Agronomist Pierpaolo Sirch and top Champagne producer Anselme Selosse producing a “double act” combining the excellence of Anselme's winemaking skill with Pierpaolo's deep understanding of the terroir, culminating in the launch of “DUBL”. Edition II was vinified using the traditional method: with secondary bottle fermentation and 24 months ageing on the lees.

Fresh and aromatic, with apricot and peach underpinned by mineral notes through to a captivating and dynamic palate with a lively, persistent mousse.
