BARSOL Pisco 'Acholado Selecto' is a premium Peruvian grape brandy with roots stretching back over 400 years. Both Peru and Chile claim Pisco’s origins, yet Peruvian distillers use a variety of eight permitted grapes, ensuring a higher quality spirit. Crafted using traditional methods at Bodega San Isidro, this Pisco combines Quebranta, Italia, and Torontel grapes for a rich profile. The nose presents aromas of ripe tropical and orchard fruits, accented by light floral and citrus notes alongside hints of pastry. On the palate, these fruit flavours are amplified, with additional notes of caramel, spices, and pecans. The mouthfeel is round and silky, leading to a long, soft finish, making it ideal for a captivating Pisco Sour experience.
