Description
ADF (Additive Free) A reposado tequila hailing from the town of El Arenal just northwest of Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco! Produced at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A. (NOM 1123), the hand-harvested agaves undergo cooking in their own masonry ovens for approximately 25 hours before extraction in a combination of roller-mill and tahona. Following fermentation it is double-distilled in a stainless steel pot still and then aged for up to 8 months in a combination of new and used american white oak barrels.
The palate offers up tropical fruit notes along with sweet cooked agave and oak honey.
