Like them, the spirit of the Aegean runs through Ammos, a unique vodka crafted with aromatic lemons rich in legacy and briny olives kissed by the sea breeze.
Using a wheat grain spirit as a base, each ingredient undergoes a two-week-long maceration process. They are then cold-distilled under vacuum using rotary evaporation, preserving complexity that would be lost under traditional heat distillation.
Born from the natural flavours of the Aegean coastlines, Ammos is a sipping vodka lightly infused with olives and lemons. Its bright, layered profile combines freshness and salinity, perfect for sipping or stirred down in a martini.
