Fancy a sneak peek at what Arran's sibling distillery Lagg is up to on the Isle of Arran? Though it may be a while before we see the distillery's whisky, it has bottled up some of its peated new make to give us an idea of the sorts of flavours the eventual single malt could feature!

Lagg New Make Heavily Peated Spirit Drink, produced at our sister Lagg Distillery on the southern end of the Isle of Arran.

Lagg Distillery began production in March 2019, distilling a rich, heavily peated spirit which will become the staple for Lagg Single Malt in years to come.

Lagg New Make Heavily Peated Spirit Drink offers insight into the flavour profiles of the future Lagg Single Malt, a warm and mouth coating dram, lively with a slight sweetness that lingers.

Nose - Fresh pear notes, clean & crisp with an undertone of sweet peated malt.
Palate - Light fruit and sweet notes of heather, well- balanced with a hot chilli spiciness. Undertones of rice pudding complimented with a rich campfire smoke.
Finish - Sweetness, Smoke, Peat, Long lasting, Mouth-watering, Warm.
