A remarkable release from Glengoyne’s celebrated Teapot Dram series, Batch No.008 pays tribute to a charming distillery tradition, when workers were allowed three drams a day and would sometimes save their share in a copper teapot for later enjoyment.

This richly sherried Highland single malt is matured exclusively in first fill European and American oak sherry casks, delivering the deep colour and bold character that have become hallmarks of the series. Bottled at a powerful 59% ABV, it offers intensity, structure and exceptional depth of flavour.

Expect indulgent notes of dark chocolate, stewed fruits and Demerara sugar, layered with warming spice, clove and polished oak. The palate is full bodied and velvety, unfolding into rich dried fruits and lingering sherry warmth on the finish.
