Description
This wine was also made from grapes infected with Noble Rot (Botrytis). On arrival in the winery, the grapes were left to soak in a small press for 24 hours. The extracted juice was again pumped over the skins and finally lightly pressed. Fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank where the wine was aged for several months on light lees.
Exquisite. The palate is succulent, mouth-watering and luscious. The character of sweet mandarin are a twist of citrus freshness. A sense of persistence.
