Description
Soleil d'Arche 2023 has a nose of candied fruit with notes of dried apricot, candied citrus and very floral. On the palate, the balance is just right and highlights the freshness and the aromatic. The finish is marked by the captivating floral side and white and yellow fruits.
It is a modern Sauternes, fruity and accessible in its youth, offering magnificent immediate drinkability.
Sémillon (85%), Sauvignon Blanc (10%) and Muscadelle (5%)
Vinification - 10% barrel aged, the rest in stainless steel vats for 5 months.
