Bodegas Luzon Alcohol-Free Monastrell 'Contrasena' is a remarkable wine that retains classic character without alcohol. Crafted with 5-10 days of skin maceration, it offers full, juicy flavors with the alcohol expertly extracted. The wine boasts a dark cherry color, with aromas of blackberries, cherries, and a hint of spice, followed by a fresh, juicy palate with ripe berry notes. Ideal for pairing with salads, tapas, semi-cured cheeses, pastas, and roasted meats, it earned a Silver medal at Mundus Vini March 2024. Founded by Don Jose de Molina and named after Luzon Island, the winery has been led by the Fuertes family since 2004, focusing on sustainability and organic viticulture across 415 hectares, preserving both quality and tradition.
