Between Five Bells is not an average boutique winery. It was created 20 years ago by two friends, trained as scientists with PhD degrees in medicine and chemistry respectively. It was later that they decided to pursue their wine passion and complete winemaking degree. They combine innovations and experiments to come up with some of the most unique wine personalities that are encapsulated in the Between Five Bells label. They have since received great recognitionand their wines are found in many world class restaurants all over the world.

This orange wine is made from a blend of Pinot Gris, Greco, Moscato, Vermentino and Riesling. In the glass it offers a beautiful hazy amber colour with an orange tint, its unique aroma hints at dried apricots, orange peel and savoury herbal notes. It delivers a fabulous textural experience with a gentle grip and a fascinating savoury edge, leaving a lingering impression of spice and dried fruit.
