Gérard Thomas is supported by his daughters Anne and Isabelle at their small estate in Saint Aubin, immediately behind Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet. Saint Aubin offers some of the best value in the Côte de Beaune: aromatic, oaky wines in the same style as their better known neighbours with great freshness and good balancing acidity. 20% new oak is used for all the wines and the 2024s, harvested from 16th to 20th September are a fine set of wines with ripe fruit allied to crisp acidity. One of the top addresses in the village and a source of some of the best value Côte de Beaune white wines.

From a splendid climat that lies just above the village, adjacent to premier cru Castets. A fine, fresh, aromatic wine with a touch of honeyed fruit, just the right amount of oak and a long, crisp finish.
