Colle Vota is Tiberio’s top single vineyard red. This 1.6 ha plot is planted with a specific biotype of Montepulciano - genetically the same but epigenetically adapted to the precise microclimate of the vineyard, with smaller berries and thicker skins. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, Colle Vota allows the quality and character of its fruit to shine, showing the peaks this indigenous variety can reach in the right location.

This is graceful and lifted in feel, with chalky mineral tones and woodland berries propelled by tantalizing acidity. A savory herbal tinge lingers through the long and tannic finish as the Colle Vota tapers off with tremendous length and a resonance of lavender pastille.
