Description
A robe of garnet hue, with glints of topaz, expressing all the delicacy of the Mourvèdre grape, its fragility tempered by the salty sea air of Saint-Tropez. The nose is marked by fruity notes of red berries. On the palate, a delicate and silky mouthfeel. A wine of great finesse.
Serve with flavoursome dishes, sweet and sour sauces go beautifully with the wine’s dark fruit. 5 spice duck, Japanese-style fried fish, Indian dishes and tandoori chicken. We love serving it with leg of lamb here in Provence.
