Description
Incredibly fragrant and fresh with lifted perfume, persisten acidity. Very fluid and smooth on the palate, full of red fruit, delicate powdery tannins and a long, elegant finish. Only 548 bottles were made.
Perfect with grilled pork with roasted vegetables, chorizo and aged cheeses.
Grial is the expression of Malbec grapes according to each soil of this unique and historic Viña 1924 vineyard pre-phylloxera and un-grafted in 1924). It is a unique chance to view this fabulous grape variety truly under the terroir microscope. Limo (Silt); Piedra (Stone); Arena (Sand); Arcilla (Clay). They are micro-vinified with traditional methods without oak influence, and they are all harvested on the same date so that it is each soil that sets the differential mark between them.
