Franck Follin-Arbelet creates wines using sustainable agriculture practices and low-intervention vinification, with well-controlled maturation in wooden barrels. His wines are not filtered nor fined to retain their authenticity and can be aged.

Although Franck Follin refers to his reds as “rustic,” his Fichots bottling seems anything but. The 2015 vintage offers notes of fresh and vibrant red fruits with a touch of fragrant sweetness. It generously wraps around a dense, chalky core and provides silky elegance with a gentle grippy finish. This wine is so powerful with great aging potential. It can be drunk beautifully now but we think it will develop to its optimal in 5 years.
