This subtly nuanced, fruity cuvée draws its vivacity from the clay-limestone soils of Chavignol, Ménétréol and Amigny. Our Pinot Noir parcels express the signature freshness and suppleness of their Sancerre terroirs, guided by our demanding and meticulous team of experts.

Entirely hand-picked, the Pinot Noir grapes in this red Sancerre wine are completely destemmed prior to vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration lasts between 25 and 28 days, with minimal pumping over. The next stage – ageing, again in stainless steel vats – lasts for seven to eight months as we patiently refine each facet of the wine’s parcels.

A brilliant ruby red in colour with delicate aromas of red fruits on the nose, this cuvée holds out the promise of a delicious tasting experience. Its refreshing mouthfeel with rounded tannins pairs perfectly with creamy risotto or rabbit in a red fruit sauce.
