The climate and clay soils of Paso Robles bring amazing power, color, earth notes, black currants, bacon and dry, rich tannins to the table, while the Santa Barbara County fruit, having grown in a cooler climate with sandier soils, keeps the wine fresh and balanced, with pretty notes of plum and cherry. While the quality of this wine could hold its own in any price category, it’s sure to rival any Cabernet at this price point.

"The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is fabulous. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, spice, tobacco, cloves, leather, incense and chocolate are front and centre.
