Los Árboles, Tunuyán, Alto Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina 1.250 meters above sea level. High Density Vineyard.

Hand picking bins of 18 kilograms capacity, between the months of March and April, with a cereful selection of grapes. 90% french oak aging and 10% american oak aging for 12 months.

In sight, elegant and deep violet red. In nose, it unfolds an aromatic flow that immediately reveals the goodness of the variety, mainly due to its fruity notes, also some spices and mint touches can be noticed. It is kind as it goes though the mouth as well as a structured and balanced. Once again fruity notes are highlighted, being a delicate and complex Malbec, with a very nice finish. Ideal to enjoy dishes of grilled and smoked red meat, well-seasoned fish, grilled vegetables, stews, empanadas and pasta with intense flavour sauces. It may also be combined with desserts that have chocolate based preparations.

We suggest serving between 14° and 18°C.
