Description

Produced just outside of the appellation zone of Barolo, this can’t have Barolo on the label and also doesn’t have the whopping price tag. Made from the same grape, it is a garnet red colour with good intensity; fruity scents such as raspberry and red fruit jam with sweet spices, cinnamon. The palate is rich, dry, long, delicate with fine tannins.

It opens up with aromas of cranberry, red currant and subtle touch of rose petal. The polished tannins will show even more elegant when the wine is served slightly below room temperature. Pair it with tomato-based pasta, mushrooms, roasted meats or truffle dish. Perfect for family gatherings that served traditional Italian dishes or special evenings.
