This year marks one of their most successful vintages, benefitting from meticulous vineyard practices, including two green harvests to manage an abundant crop. Grapes were harvested at peak maturity, with approximately 50% of the bunches destemmed, ensuring a balanced extraction through gentle, light pressing. Aged in 228-litre barrels from prestigious tonnelleries Rousseau and Chassin, 'Les Mariages' emerges as a delicious, forward wine with an open texture.
