Le Difese Tenuta San Guido 2023 is a distinctive blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is the third wine of Tenuta San Guido. This vintage is aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels, previously employed for both Sassicaia and Guidalberto. The wine exhibits notes of Morello cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle hints of bramble fruit and sage. The palate is structured with soft tannins, leading to a vibrant finish with lingering black fruit and an undercurrent of black pepper.
