Description
Chateau Des Sarrins is halfway between the foothills of The Alps and The Mediterranean, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. In 1995, the Paillard family bought the estate and have been working to produce outstanding wines using their extensive knowledge.
On the nose, there are intense aromas of violet, white fruits, and sweet almond. The palate has finesse and a fresh mouthwatering acidity. While the long finish is paired with floral notes, making this a thirst-quenching rose! Grape(s): Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah.
Pairs well with a variety of dishes, particularly those with Mediterranean or exotic flavors. It complements lighter fare like salads, shellfish, and vegetarian dishes, as well as richer options such as goat cheese, blue cheese, and even grilled meats like pork and poultry. Its bright acidity and fruity notes also make it a good match for fruit salads and cream-based desserts.
