Domaine Fredavelle is a family run vineyard managed by business partners David Ravel and Olivia Menigoz. Located in the heart of Provence in Southern France, the vineyards span 23 hectares in the famous AOP area of Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence in the small village of Eguilles. The climate is Mediterranean with long, dry summers and a mistral wind that blows down the Rhône.
A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre & Syrah favoured for their vibrant fruitiness and suitability for rosé wines.
This wine has bright flavours of red berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. A fresh, clean acidity makes it very drinkable and perfect for warm weather. Seriously smooth and easy to sip, making it versatile with food or on its own.
Overall, it's a crisp, fruit-forward rosé with a balanced acidity, ideal for casual drinking or outdoor gatherings.
