“1 • 5 ONE FIVE” is the first collaboration barley shochu produced by distillers on the border islands of Iki and Goto in Nagasaki Prefecture. “1” represents Iki while “5” represents Goto. The sky blue colour of the bottle is designed to be reminiscent of the bountiful seas surrounding Iki and Goto Islands.

To promote the remote islands of Nagasaki Prefecture, the distillers visited each other’s distilleries and decided on a blend to bring out the best of each shochu. This shochu is blended with a ratio of 6:4, with 60% from Ikinokura Distillery and 40% from Goto Retto Distillery. You can enjoy the taste, flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel of this fusion of the charms of the islands.

Fresh, light, modern style with aromas of red apple, peach, creamy banana & fresh flowers with luxurious umami. Enjoy on the rocks or diluted with a little cold or warm water.
