The estate features 6 hectares of organically grown vineyards planted in sandy granite soils. The 'Pousada' blend comprises 75% Albariño and 25% Treixadura grapes, which are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine then ages for 14 months in French oak and stainless steel, leading to a complex aroma profile of white fruit, citrus, and floral notes, complemented by balsamic hints and subtle laurel touches, making it a captivating choice for wine enthusiasts.
