Le Soula Trigone Blanc 2022 is a captivating white wine blend that showcases the unique terroir of the Fenouillèdes mountain range, composed of 31% Macabeu, 28% Grenache Blanc, 17% Marsanne and Roussanne, 12% Rolle, 8% Malvoisie du Roussillon, and 4% Sauvignon Blanc. This estate is renowned for its innovative production methods, crafting wines akin to a champagne house, with blends that vary each year in both grape composition and ratios. Championing biodynamic principles, this wine is matured for six months in oak vats and barrels. Decanter awarded it 92 points for its fresh, citrussy character, good intensity, and surprising acidity, revealing zesty notes of finger lime and tangerine, along with a crisp mineral edge, ideal for enjoying from 2024 to 2026.
