This is a special wine from Fattoria le Pupille. Made with 100% Petit Manseng, the 2021 Piemme shows fragrant floral tones, hibiscus and exotic fruit. The wine's flavor profile is dry to medium-dry, although there is ample textural softness to caress the palate. The natural sweetness of the variety is matched to dusty mineral tones, hints of spice and budding tertiary notes of petroleum jelly or resin.

This is a crazy wine with beautiful and pure kiwi and lychee fruit. Some lemon curd. It’s full-bodied and fruity but reserved. Savory at the end with just a hint of salt to the fruit. Drink from now.
