The Kopp Weissburgunder 2020 undergoes meticulous production starting with hand-harvested grapes selected at optimal ripeness. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C to preserve the delicate fruit aromatics and maintain the wine’s fresh character. Following fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees for three months with regular bâtonnage, adding complexity and enhancing the creamy texture.
