Organics are 'the very heart of Neudorf', and the winemaking team's desire to tread gently is reflected in every decision they make. All Neudorf Moutere blocks are now certified. But Neudorf's commitment to sustainability doesn't stop there: there are a number of green initiatives in place, from switching to lightweight bottles, to composting all winery and food waste, to using a flock of sheep to compost, mow and fertilise their vineyards. Most recently, they have added solar panels to the north-facing roof of their buildings, producing enough renewable energy to power the entire winery.



This dry wine has pronounced aromas of ripe tropical fruit and subtle spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied. Elegant, sculptured and sophisticated, with wild yeast ferment offers fleshiness and total drinkability.
