Sylvain & Béatrice Bzikot own an impressive estate of 15 hectares centred on Puligny-Montrachet. Sylvain’s grandfather arrived in Burgundy from Poland just before the Second World War and steadily built up the domaine in the post-war years when land was plentiful and cheap.
Sylvain owns 0.4ha of this magnificent Les Folatières premier cru which has beautiful, honeyed fruit balanced by excellent acidity. Finishes rich and long. Drink 2026-2031.
