Description
Terres de Velle is a relatively new domaine that was established in 2009 by Sophie and Fabrice Laronze, a husband-and-wife team based in Auxey-Duresses. They oversee the production of 18 appellations each year, using grapes grown on their 7-hectare estate.
The 2019 vintage is characterised by its wonderful aromatic purity, framed with crystalline and saline notes. It is full-bodied on the palate and balanced with precise acidity. This perfect balance makes it ideal for extended ageing. If you cellar it for several years, it will reveal its depth and develop its harmony, making it worthy of a Grand Cru!
