Description
100% Marsanne single-vineyard cuvée from the "Biousse" lieu-dit, south of the village of Saint-Péray. Aged for 9 months in barrels and casks. The color is a brilliant yellow. The nose is complex and rich, with notes of candied lemon, white flowers, and dried fruit. The attack on the palate is fresh and full-bodied. Minerality is present throughout the finish. This wine can be cellared for 6 to 10 years. Pairs well with shellfish.
